A Bangladeshi tanker newcomer is looking to buy two ships to handle domestic contracts it expects to secure to ship petroleum products.
Dhaka-based Eastern Ocean Tankers is said to be currently scouting the secondhand market for two 45,000-dwt products tankers around 15 years old.
